Shipping & Returns

Processing time: Processing time depends on the items ordered.  Processing time varies because many of the items are made to order.  This means the item is made after you order it.  Product pages will indicate the processing time and will show up in cart.  For multiple items with different processing times the longest processing time is used when preparing your order.  If you are unsure of a processing time or would like to ensure an item ships by a needed date you can use the ask a question button on the product page or contact me.

Domestic Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders in the USA.

International Shipping Costs

Canada is $12.50 per order. All other countries are $15.50 per order.

Shipping Services & Delivery Times:
I ship all orders by United States Postal Service. I may choose to ship via UPS or Fedex for domestic orders if it is more appropriate. International orders ONLY ship by United States Postal Service. Total time from ordering to receipt of items will vary depending on processing time, mailing service selected and your location. You will receive an email notification within 24 hrs of shipping indicating the service used and any tracking information available. 

Domestic Shipping Times: First class mail is usually 4-5 business days.

International Shipping Times: International Shipping time will vary depending on your location and processing time of the item(s) you order. We can make no guarantees regarding ship time because each country handles customs differently. Many countries charge taxes and/or fees that the buyer must pay before the customs office will release the package.  Please note that any and all taxes, vat, duties and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Many countries charge VAT/TAX in addition to duties before releasing your package, these are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the buyer. All orders requesting falsification of customs documents will be refunded and canceled, no additional notices or updates are provided.

Returns/Exchanges

Items can be returned hassle free- Notify me within 72 hours of receipt for a return merchandise number. Buyer pays return shipping and must place item in the mail within a reasonable time after receiving return approval (3-5 business days). Upon timely receipt of the item in its original condition a refund of the purchase price (excluding custom orders) will be issued.  If payment was made using a gift certificate the refund amount will be restored or a new certificate for the refund amount will be issued.

Custom order returns/exchanges are determined on a case by case basis.  Terms will be provided to you prior to purchase in the product listing.

I warranty my work. Please note the items for sale are novelty items. Most chains and rings are decorative ONLY and are not intended for heavy play.  Many items are designed as decorative jewelry items and not designed for play at all. I will, at my option, replace or repair a defective item. I will not replace or repair item(s) that have been modified, misused, and/or abused. I must be contacted within 30 days of buyer receipt of the item. 

Items that arrive damaged by the mail carrier are different than defective items.  If you receive an item damaged in transit, you must keep all product and packaging and contact me immediately letting me know of the damage.  You may need to fill out insurer paperwork to receive a refund.
